Ascension St. Vincent's Urgent Care - Mandarin

Very disappointing and concerning. I walk into the office on 8/22/2025. there is no one at the urgent care desk. The person ahead of me is told to fill out paperwork from the primary care receptionist because the urgent care receptionist is MIA. So I also grabbed a clipboard and started my paperwork. Once the urgent care receptionist shows back up to the desk the customer ahead of me was helped. I waited patiently for them to finish. I then walked up to the counter to turn in my " check in sheet". The receptionist looks at me, takes the paperwork and doesn't say a word. After reading the " reason for visit " ( my CDL physical exam found blood in my urine and I have been having side pain) she says we dont do that here. I said you cant do urine analysis / blood work / diagnostics / imaging?

From the moment I stepped into urgent care, the entire front desk team was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and even funny. They went above and beyond patient care was truly their #1 priority. The entire medical team exceeded my expectations as well. They were attentive listeners, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly supportive.Thank you

Brought my son to check for an ear infection after lingering symptoms and complaining of ear pain. Nurse wanted to test for strep even though my son does not have a sore throat. I brought it to her attention and she told me I was right, that the strep was not needed. After waiting in the waiting room for half an hour, they finally bring us in and I guess I upset them when I denied their strep test and no one came back in the room. I finally just left. Was there for a total of 1.5 hours WITH NO care. When I walked out and kindly asked what we were waiting on, after requesting they check my sons ears, the rude, loud and unprofessional blond woman (Brigitte Height) was sitting at her computer having conversations with her colleagues gave me a terrible attitude and said she had other patients

I had a great experience here, was told my symptoms probably required a trip to the ER but they took my bp and temp anyway, and the urgent care doctor saw me to explain why I needed to go. They didn’t charge me anything and the doc suggested an ER that would be quicker and he was right! I’m fine now and will continue to use this urgent care when needed!

The Urgent Care Center, Dr was absolutely wonderful. She listened to our concerns and address them right away. I guess my only complaint is there is a little bit of a wait to be seen, but it was definitely worth it.
