I was at my worst after having 2 back surgeries within 6 days my first time having a hospital stay I was there for 14 days. Just got released yesterday Everyone was great from the doctor nurses dietary CNA To housekeeping, I didn’t wanna leave. I really didn’t. I want to think everyone that play a part and getting me better you guys are the best. You don’t realize how much you need help until you at the point where you can’t wipe your own butt they are some real professionals. If I had to do it all over again I would choose the same people. Physical therapy was great too real motivation. They really cared every nurse. I had really cared. You know how you tell of some people do it for the money or they do it because they care for people they all did it and do it because they care for people

I had a radiology appointment and everyone from the information desk, appt check-in, and radiology dept were very nice and helpful. The person who stood out most for me was the volunteer that picked me up at registration and dropped me off at radiology. We had such a nice conversation during our walk! Thanks for making people feel comfortable while they are there.

The staff is absolutely amazing. I wish I could remember all the names, but they all made me feel calm and cared for. I do remember the nurses Jennifer and Carmen. Thank you for your kindness and making me feel so special. From the kind lady that registered me to the sweet volunteer that wheeled me to the car, thank you and God bless you!! St. Vincent's will always be my hospital of choice!

My husband had hiatal hernia surgery with Dr Sumner. Very kind doctor. Everything else was horrible. Communication leading up to surgery was back and forth with a lot of changes. Then day of surgery delayed 5 hours. After surgery, the night nurse staff was less than par. His orders didn’t come up and no sense of urgency to ensure my husbands comfort and care. the fire alarms multiple times in the middle of the night loud as ever for atleast 20mins. The patient doors swing open on their own. His morning nurse Adrienne on the 3rd floor for 3428 was yelling at my husband to take pills when his diet was NPO and not allowing pills. She threatened to just throw them away. His hydration bag was never tended to and stay empty. His machine would beep for a long time. He would call for a nurse and

ER nurses get 5 stars. Really no complaints. ER doctors seemed to get the right specialists to us in a timely manner. Once you leave the ER and get admitted. Good luck! ZERO communication. ZERO updates. ZERO ZERO ZERO. The best is when you finally demand an answer and they half heartedly go over it with you; guess what NORMAL. NORMAL NORMAL and NORMAL. The specialist doctor said everything was fine. The primary doctor on staff won’t discharge another patient they didn't admit. So guess what, they wanted to keep a patient with all normal results in the hospital overnight and wait until the other physician who admitted them comes in the following afternoon. WHAT? How much sense does that make? It doesn’t. Sounds like milking the insurance company for more money to keep a patient ove
