Ascension St. Vincent's Rheumatology - Riverside

The lady who happened me at the front was nice and Dr. Shanthi Dhaduvai was very nice, I felt comfortable talking to her. With their niceness, it had put me in good spirits for the rest of the day. Everything was explained to me very clearly, they made sure I was supposed to do next as pertaining to my prescription and my referrals.

She's an excellent doctor she pays great attention to you and she's a real sweetheart. I will recommend her to anyone that needs a rheumatologist.

If you’re a new patient trying to come to this office just do yourself a favor and schedule your appointment at a different location because the staff will make it clear that they don’t want you there! Also, if you see Dr. Krishnamurthy and don’t like your experience you cannot transfer to another provider within Ascension because no provider is taking transfers. So maybe go for another doctor or facility from the get go. 😊 My visit was not pleasant at all. When I arrived the check in employee was very kind. She was the only one there that seemed to be okay with being at work that day. She deserves a raise for staying positive while working in an environment full of negative Nancy’s. There is a lady sitting at the desk in the back and she was very loud about how my appointment was resched

Love the overall encounter. From the front desk through the patient care. Everyone there including and especially the doctor make you feel as though you matter as a person and not just another number or statistic.
