Ascension St. Vincent's Pediatrics - Baymeadows

We had a great experience at this clinic. The pediatrician was very professional, attentive, and kind. They took the time to listen to all our concerns, answered every question clearly, and treated our child with care and patience. The atmosphere in the clinic is calm and welcoming, which made the visit much less stressful. We felt supported and confident in the care our child received. I am very satisfied with this clinic and the pediatrician, and I would definitely recommend it to other parents.

We were pts here but won't be returning. We went in for a medication appointment which should have been good for 3 refills. Being self pay their refusal to refill the medication after we attended the appointment was frustrating because they replaced his dr. They not only charged us for another appointment but also gave the wrong price for the appointment it was 20 dollars more than what was said over the phone. What is the point of going to a medication refill appointment if u aren't going to refill the medication? I'd love to know. Obviously this establishment can't even keep Drs employed they don't want patients.

This review is not based on Dr Webster at all - we absolutely love her and followed her from previous location. Unfortunately this location is terrible. It’s mixed with an urgent care, often full of sick adults in the waiting room. The front desk staff is less than friendly. The facility is pretty disgusting, floors look like they’re very rarely mopped, the bathrooms are gross. There’s a curtain in one full of stains. It’s the last place I want to bring my small children. Scheduling is a nightmare now and you can’t even call the actual office, it’s just a main number who can only schedule certain appointments. I’d hate to leave Dr Webster but not sure we’ll stick it out much longer. :(

I use to love this office! Dr Joyner was my favorite and was the only doctor I’ve ever found that actually helped my kids but ever since he left I don’t even want to take my kids to the doctor In August I set up appointments for both kids to be seen for school physicals they both got cancelled due to Joyner leaving which was understandable however they rescheduled them , they were able to get one scheduled for September but couldn’t see the other until November .. their school physicals they take a good 10 mins so why not see the kids at the same time! Thankfully I went to the urgent care PAID OUT OF POCKET FOR ONE and here we are getting a call that the November appointment it to be cancelled! This place has become so unorganized on top of the whole front desk staff being the rudest peopl

Medical assistants never answer the phone. Portal messages rarely get answered. Florida Shots expire before child is even due for immunizations and they take over the 72 business hrs to update despite whatever they claim. Providers are amazing the rest of the staff is below par.
