Ascension St. Vincent's Health Center - Town Center

I recommend no one going here if you don’t want to be heard. My gf went here last night and kept me on the phone for a lot of it. I’ve never heard health care providers be so dismissive. Having to basically beg to do a scan she’s been needing to get done. On top of that, telling her she’ll be sent home with some cough syrup to help with a lot of the symptoms, to be prescribed a capsule that doesn’t help with any of her symptoms she was actually worried about. Why is it that these doctors are so dismissive? Do they think themselves so highly that they can’t make mistakes or miss someone? Or being obsessed with asking if she’s pregnant when she told them multiple times in person and on paperwork. I have had nothing but good experiences with my primary Dr. Anad and the front desk. They are always super kind and helpful. Dr. Anad never makes me feel rushed or looked over, she takes her time but is also very courteous of others times as well. It makes me sad seeing so many negative reviews and experiences, so just wanted to shed some positive light on this doctors office as well

This is an awful medical clinic. My wife has had 3 appointments cancelled with absolutely no explanation and then they say the next available slot is months later. Do not bother with them.

The ignorance when you call this office is very unprofessional. No proper knowledge of what’s being asked, no willingness to assist, condescending remarks, and actually laughing when being asked to further investigate. I ended up solving my problem on my own by chatting on the ascension website but I definitely didn’t appreciate the service I received by my provider’s office.

If I could give a -10 I would. This has to be one of the worse places you can go to get the proper care that is needed. I'm sure there is some good about it but for my experiences, it has been horrible. Let's start with the fact that you wont see a real doctor. You will be seen by a PA and that PA will be your primary care physician. So whatever care is needed, you will rreceive the advice from someone who has not went to the next level of receiving the education that is required to be a Doctor. I was prescribed a medication that interacts negatively with a medication that I was already prescribed by the same PA.
