Ascension St. Vincent's Cardiology - Southside

Dr. Luke is the best doctor anyone could ask for. My Dad loves this cardiologist so much and we always have a good round of hardy laughs each visit. This is what excellent health care is all about.

I got checked in for my 10:20 appointment and the front desk forgot to notify the people in the back. I waited over an hour . I went up to the desk and asked why I haven’t been called back and she replied that she had forgot to notify the back office. She went to the back and when she came back out, she never came to me to state how much longer it would be. So, I went back up to the desk to see what was going on. I had already informed her that I was suppose to meet my son in St Augustine at 12:00 and by this time it was already 11:30. Finally I was call back at 11:40 and asked the nurse if I could just see the PA. She said that she would check because I told her I was going to be real late to meet my son. I was referred to Dr. Patel by my Internist as a precautionary visit . I have had the nicest experience with Dr. Patel and his PA. They make sure I have full knowledge of new prescriptions and follow up with me either by phone or text. With the new treatment there has been very good improvement in my over all health.

Dr. Shah, the office staff and nurse have been amazing every time I've been to this office! I always leave with a smile on my face, thanks to the people at the check out desk. I wish I knew their names so I could praise them individually. I have nothing but good things to say about this Cardiology office! In my experience, Dr. Shah really listens to and cares about her patients. Thank you to everyone for being so kind and caring during such a stressful time in my life. 12/10, would definitely recommend. Hopefully I don't have any more problems in the future but if I do, I will be coming back here!

Got a little lost on my way and was late for my appointment. Receptionist was so kind, and Dr. Magnano saw me right away. He is an amazing doctor with a keen insight to my heart issues. I’m lucky to have him as my physician.
