Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care - Murfreesboro (Church St.)

Just walked in and was seen almost right away. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and very helpful. These days it’s so hard to find anyone patient or answer questions without making you feel like you bother them. But here it was so welcoming. The nurse and doctor were also vey helpful with any questions I had and they were very caring to my daughters needs. My daughter has had the same doctor since she was very little and after coming here she told me she felt so much more comfortable here than her reg doctor. We definitely recommend coming here.

I made an appointment via their website and it was simple. Nurse Hallie and Doctor Lauren were fantastic. They were personable and made me very relaxed. I told Hallie that I want to call her anytime that I need labs drawn! Lauren was very interested in my care and wanted to help me figure out what was going and how to proceed. The place was nice and clean.

We always receive quick, consistent, competent, and kind care here. It’s not in my preferred insurance network and costs more for us, but we still choose this clinic often.

Practitioners are great! The 3 stars is because the wait time to see the NP/PA is ridiculously long. My family and I have had multiple experiences with this, and usually the lobby only has 1 or 2 others patients waiting. I just don’t understand why the wait is so long. I’m considering using a different provider in the future. And I have not had this problem at the Fortress Blvd. location, only South Church.

Everything was satisfactory signing in was easy. The front desk was polite. The doctor was thorough. It was a good experience in all. Thank you
