It’s was a great experience, the staff members were amazing, all of them were so nice, patient with me. The night and day nurses staff were beyond wonderful, always in positive spirit, they help me so much in my delivery journey being a first time mom. Couldn’t be more happy, with the after care for me and my baby. Definitely the hospital nurse and staff were beyond my expectations. So grateful and thankful for everyone who helped me delivered my baby safe and in such a loving environment.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and clinicalteam, was excellent. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. The hospital itself was clean and well-maintained.

Let me start by say that this was my first visit to this hospital as I am new to the area. I came in Tuesday evening with Severe RUQ Abdominal Pain and vomiting blood while on anticoagulants(blood thinners). Upon arrival to the Emergency Department I was registered and immediately evaluated by Ajay PA-C. Ajay went through my symptoms and PMH, immediately got orders started for labs, CT, medications, consulted hospital medicine and got me admitted within the first 2 hours of being in the department. Now as all this is happening it’s happening from the waiting room because there were no beds available in the ER. So after 2-3 hours I was taken from the waiting room to a room in the emergency department where Chris RN (ER Clinical Supervisor) would be my nurse for the next 4 hours I was in th

My experience from a Medical Standpoint was mostly very good. Spent 14 days at St. Agnes with Bacterial Pnuemonia. The Doctors (and there were many) were top notch. However, some of the Nurse level care takers lacked compassion, especially regarding toileting. Also multiple times I received incorrect meals. Not per my order. Over the course of the 14 days I was moved into 3 different rooms. The first move took me to the 2nd floor which was not at all prepared for my medical requirements. The Thoracic Surgeon caring for me was Adam’s t that I needed to go to a different floor. Ultimately my husband had to ask over and over again when I would be moved off of that floor. Ultimately I was moved to IMCU on the 2nd floor. Treatment improved significantly on the 2nd floor. Lastly, I have huge com

Super sketchy experience, wouldn't recommend. I had my C-Section performed here. I was there for 5 days in post partum, my baby was in the NICU for 20 days. The NICU is 5/5, they are fantastic. The doctors there are easy to talk to and the nurses are all top notch. If it were just the NICU this would be a 5 star review. The problem came once it was time for my discharge. I was woken up at 1:00 AM by a nurse named Sara who had discharge paperwork for me to sign. She said I had been discharged the day before and i had missed it, and told me to sign the paperwork and date it for the prior day. I was super confused and I didn't want to back date it which I told her, plus the doctor never came in and no one talked to me about discharge instructions or anything prior to this moment at 1AM and i
