Very caring, kind, friendly, very knowledgeable, well educated, answers your questions, willing to help with any concerns you might have. We highly recommend him to anyone! He is my husband's doctor and would trust him with our life. Is available for answering most questions that you might have. If he sees that you might need some additional services or resources at home, for example, his staff will be able to provide it for you. His staff is kind, friendly caring and informative. I don't know what has happened to this office but I don't plan on going there anymore. I was scheduled for a cardiac CT scan with contrast for Tuesday July 22. I was not told that I needed blood work done before the scan. The day before I received a call asking if I had my blood work done. When I explained that I wasn't told I needed it done the person told me that the order had been sent to Lab Corp. Of course my scan was cancelled. I called Lab Corp the next day to make sure the order was there and they didn't have one. I had to go to the Cardiology department and pick one up. I was rescheduled for my scan for Friday July 25 at 10. I got my blood work done and was ready for the appointment. I arrived 9:15 for my appointment at 10 only to be told it had been cancelled. Took off work to a accompany my husband for a procedure. Waited for 30 minutes only to find out the cardiologist forgot to schedule. No call back to reschedule and it's been over 4 months.

Dr. Plantholt is one of the nicest person I have ever met. Great Doctor!!! Everyone I have ever had contact with who works there is nice and have wonderful personalities. I just had an Echo test done on Monday and the tech was great. She explained everything to me. Such a pleasant personality. I feel like I am in very good hands at Saint Agnes. Amazing how one place can have so many wonderful employees. Also the registration people are also wonderful. It is so nice to walk into a hospital/Dr's. The doctor's office is nice and clean the staff was really professional. I can say this is one of the greatest doctor that I could say that I have. This the first time I met him and he explained what I need to hear he calls you and talk to you personally. I feel that I'm at the right place and I feel safe with them
