I'm leaving this practice. It's near impossible to get an appointment for a routine cervical screening (they're always months out, and then if the appointment lands on your cycle, you're in the waiting game again). They don't pick up the phone during business hours; you're on hold forever and wind up leaving messages. The doctors and providers? Angels. But it's pretty hard to ever see them. The breaking point was Ascension not allowing me to get my annual mammogram because I haven't had my GYN appointment yet. I can't delay my annual mammogram because they don't have available appointments for the GYN appointment. I've moved everything over to MedStar. They're not perfect (nobody is) but they care, and I was able to get appointments without a bunch of hassle.

These people are scammers. Do not go there. You have to ask if everything they say or do will cost you money. I went for my annual physical and they charged me for an outpatient visit. They said let me remove some ear wax to check your ear and then charge $160 for removing ear wax. Didn’t even say this will be a chargeable. Big scam, stay away!!!!!

They offer primary and cosmetic specialty healthcare. They have a women's center and blood/urinalysis. Not an emergency clinic or hospital, but it's the same brand. Professional and fast appointment.

these people are incredibly unprofessional. if you feel like something is wrong they reduce it to “well you’re pregnant” effectively making you miserable instead of just listening and trying to find answers. i had to beg for an ultrasound.. the doctors are so dismissive. front desk is rude. NOBODY answers the phone. they have an answering machine for the “nurse desk” and they never call you back. you send a message online & hope someone responds & ANYONE in the office can respond even though the message is supposed to be private & sent to the specific person you picked. even making an appointment (a separate line) i was on hold for 32 minutes as soon as they opened and the woman gave me grief about an ultrasound.. giving me the run around that the previous receptionist did not.. since when

I have never been unhappy with my care here and have been a patient for more than 20 years but sadly even with 2 calls today checking the status of a message left to my wonderful Primary Care person, no one returned my call regarding a week of Covid/possible sinus infection. You do feel as though you are falling into a void here sometimes
