I followed their advice, expecting a quick, routine conversation. The call lasted barely two minutes, yet I was shocked to receive a bill for it. Charging for such a brief, office-recommended follow-up feels like a blatant money grab. The staff was dismissive when I questioned the charge, offering no explanation or empathy. This practice prioritizes profits over patient care, and I won’t be returning. Avoid if you value transparency and fairness. I was told they would take the bill off and the billing office is constantly reminding me of the overdue bill and that it was not voided.

I have a very nice experience there and all the staff were very helpful as well as pleasant to me.
