Oh my goodness, where to start?! Amanda in the Pharmacy, is OUTSTANDING! She is the only one that was able to solve my problems and help me with my medication that I needed. I worked with CVS, Walgreens, Publix and Walmart to see if I could get my rare medication that no one in 100 mile radius had and Amanda showed up and showed out! She was my lifesaver! She was able to get the medication I needed and took her time to get the right doses and in a timely manner. She was patient and worked her butt off to give the best customer service I have ever received in my entire life. She showed me how to use my syringes and how to draw up my vial. She was kind and compassionate with me and truly embodies every single characteristic that a healthcare worker/ medical field worker should possess. Every

Hit or miss. Pharmacist is nice but sometimes it's a 30+ minute hold to check on a overdue insulin prescription. You'd be lucky to get calls from the pharmacy or any attempt at communication from them. If your medication is life saving, maybe go somewhere else.

Out of surgery, medication ordered, waited 2 hours. Slower than Walmart Pharmacy actually Walmart Pharmacy is Super Fly quick. Then the pharmacy tech literally told me over my hospital phone that she was running right up to bring me my prescription. She never showed. My nurse had to email them 20 minutes later she said to come pick them up at the pharmacy that she can't make it to my room. That was an hour after she said she was going to run them up. And my nurse had to reach out to them by email, they never let us know.... Absolutely horrible service and if I ever have to come back to this hospital I will not use that pharmacy! Go to your own pharmacy at all costs.

Caitlyn S, Customer care and response to patient communication and response skills are definitely needed. She proceeded to tell me that my medication needed, had not been ordered in months, however October was the last time. Then she said you can sit down, I asked was it mandatory? , she stated that it was what most normal people do. I proceeded to tell her that, I was not most people. Her demeanor and response was definitely giving disrespect and discrimination. Thankfully, Deja apologized because I was certainly caught off guard. It was a Saturday, and there were no other customers/ patients in the facility. So disappointed ☹️

Absolutely do not understand half of the staff. I get the runaround at the end of every month. Or some will say they can fill the medication right there or the next day and then I hit a wall right after. I have to struggle to get my medication. And the choice of locations to pick up are limited. I don’t know what to think of this pharmacy.
