Ascension Rx - Lake Drive Pharmacy

Never had an issue with random declines for no reason like I did with Walgreen back where I used to live. Only 4 stars because ever since starting to get my medication there, they would often miss a bottle or 2. I understand though, they are likely not used to someone getting 6 or 7 medication on a pick up. I now always check to make sure I have all my meds. Other than that, wonderful service.

Horrible customer service! Especially the fair skinned with the freckled face. She acts as though this is the business owner. If the pharmacy says override then that what you are directed to do!

This has been my families pharmacy for years. The staff there are very polite and customer service driven. They also take the time to explain all of the intricacies of your prescriptions and preparations. I Wouldn't go anywhere else.

WOW calling the pharmacy to see if I had any meds there & the lady wouldn't let me talk. Kept rushing me off the phone. I was NEVER supposed to have any meds there in the first place!😠 Ascension has been a mess since the computers went down 😠

I have terrible phone anxiety and needed assistance with a prescription. Everyone I spoke with was so professional and nice! Thank you for treating patients with kindness although you must be busy.
