Ascension Parish Health Unit

Service was terrible. The front lady did not have to yell at my husband like even though they messed up. And tried blame him for doing a no show but I have called them ahead of time that i was going to be late and another lady said its okay. I was trying to be calm since my husband was calm but i know he was fuming. We did not have get talked to like that. Im just glad my husband was clam and collected unlike the lady that can not even talk properly to citizen. Did not have to gave him a mean stare with her arm crossed trying to blame him. We get it that we did not know that we would still pay full price but that was just unnecessary. People in here do really need to learn how to talk since their attitude are so terrible.

They are RUDE !! They act like they don't want to be there. Guess what, nobody else want to be there either! Do NOT get me started on the little skinny one with the silver hair in the front. She's bitter. Don't like her. The whole building smell like rat tails. Wish there was a way to give them no stars! She told me its not a big deal to get my shots today bc school don't start until Monday. GIRL, I'm in college! 200 pounds and 5'5, do I look like a high schooler? You know what, they lucky I didn't twist my ankle or something. Wouldve sued. drove.

Absolutely Nasty! From the waiting room to the bathroom to the clinic everything was filthy. There were 2-3 band aids and tissues lying on the waiting room floor. Bathrooms had urine all over the place and smelled awful. Service was slow. I waited over an hour to be seen and I had an appointment. I do not recommend anyone to go.

Most horrible experience used syringes all over the bathroom floor. The people at the front desk are rude and can't give you any information you need to know. One lady kept nodding out like she was on heroin, so i guess they hire junkies to work the front desk.

One lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She was breathing hard when she asked me a question I myself didn't know the information she was requesting then she proceeded to stand up and say to another co worker oh my god out loud. No good customer service at all.
