Aspen Dental - Gonzales, LA

My first visit was an absolute pleasure thanks to Tamera, Dereyone, and Jewel. I'm usually very nervous at dental appointments, but they made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. They were so compassionate, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. I had many questions, and they took their time to answer and explain every detail clearly. These three ladies truly made my first experience a wonderful one, and I am very grateful for their kindness and professionalism. They are a great asset to Aspen Dental! Thank you ladies l am looking forward to seeing you guys on my next appointment.

I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental Gonzales. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The entire team was professional, kind, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Firstly , Aspen in Gonzales is very clean ! The people in the front office are very kind and welcoming to the facility. They make sure you weigh all your options out . Tamera & Dereiyon are great , they made me feel so comfortable at every visit I’ve ever had here.. I always look forward to them helping me out here . Dr. Williamson is GREAT, he gave me explanations to every question I had & told me why he thinks it’s best . Overall Aspen Gonzales is top tier ! I would recommend!

This dental clinic has taken a nosedive since I started going there in early 2018. The experience used to be fantastic, from the warm welcome at the door to the friendly demeanor of the front office staff and everyone else. However, since last year, my experiences have been consistently poor, and I’m not exaggerating. The customer service staff lacks basic communication skills and is unprofessional. They provide conflicting information and treat patients disrespectfully. For example, when I was preparing for open-heart surgery, I received a series of misleading messages and was rescheduled multiple times. My second appointment after surgery was rescheduled and then canceled because they couldn’t find a dental hygienist. When I called to reschedule, I was told that I couldn’t be seen beca

I’m a new patient at Aspen, and this review is based on my very first appointment. I’ll start with the things I liked about my experience. The facility is very clean. They have many affordable options for payment. My doctor and dental hygienist were both very sweet and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Now here are some points of concern. One of the ladies at the front desk made me very uncomfortable. According to her, I had missed several phone calls and emails from her to confirm my appointment. Immediately upon meeting me, she accosted me for not answering her alleged phone calls. She seemed pretty upset and personally offended by this.
