Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital - Milwaukee Campus

The nurses were so professional and sweet to me! I genuinely felt like part of the Ascension family. They took great care of me while I was self-admitted for my gallstones and kidney stones issues. They kept me informed about everything that was happening and also made me very comfortable during my visit to the ER. I would recommend this hospital to anyone needing care you will be treated with lots of care and respect. Oh, and might I add, those nurses' fashion gear was top notch; I loved it♥️

I would like to begin by acknowledging that my OB-GYN provided exceptional care during my delivery. The birth itself was successful, and my baby was delivered safely and is healthy and thriving. I am truly grateful for the medical outcome and the physician’s professionalism. However, my experience following delivery was deeply distressing. As a single parent, I felt that I was treated unfairly and without adequate respect for my rights as a mother. My newborn was taken out of the room without my consent, bathed without giving me the opportunity to participate, and subjected to drug testing without clear communication or justification being provided to me in advance. Cardiologist and their group gave me confidence from the start. Took time to explain procedures with me. Great communication and nurses were assume,and very caring. ❗️Cafeteria called if I didn’t call before and let me know what I should eat!!And the food was great! THANKS TO EVERYONE THERE!! 5 stars

While I am extremely pleased with the quality and level of care I receive from the Clinical staff the business office leaves a lot to be desired. Specifically, the billing department. Two weeks ago I received an invoice for services rendered almost a year ago. Ascension said it was my second notice. I had never seen an invoice from them before on this visit. I called right away and started to find out what need to be done to clear this up. They said Medicare denied the claim. It was for a wellness visit that should be covered by insurance. I left it with the customer service rep that they would invoice Medicare again. Two days ago i received a letter stating that if I did not pay up in 30 days they would turn it over to a collection agency. I tried calling them. They give you t

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have multiple kids and I’ve NEVER been treated so poorly in my ENTIRE LIFE! I came in for a scheduled c-section the nurse that did my initial set up knew NOTHING ABOUT MY PREVIOUS PREGNANCIES AND HISTORY! (First red flag!) I MUST SAY MY NURSES AT MY DELIVERY were phenomenal I really do appreciate them! The nurses in mom baby were so so! I did have a few good nurses and I appreciate them( ANNIKA,MARY,JEN,SADIE)everyone else treated me as if I was BOTHERING THEM when I asked for ANYTHING! My concerns were shut down! HOUSEKEEPING was TERRIBLE I never got my room cleaned.. it took for a tech to come in and comment on how my room was not clean.
