Customer Reviews
Dr. Sala is great and the staff are all super kind. But lab takes forever - this is the second time I’ve waited for 10+ minutes just to pick up a lab kit or drop one off. Doesn’t make sense to me why test kits would take that long. This last time the front desk lady ended up taking it on behalf of the lab as she didn’t want me to wait any longer. My main gripe is it smells like feces as soon as you walk into the building. Shame on Ascension for not doing something about the smell.
Doctors were great (5-star, especially Mitch Hulbert), receptionist need some help though. Show up for an 8:10 appointment, i'm in the building at 7:55, at the front counter at 7:57. Lady doesn't acknowledge me for a couple minutes. When she finally looks up, i say "hi i'm here for a 8:10 and my name", she looks at me like I just cast a spell on her and gives a very rude response of "i'm not open until 8am". I had my phone in my had, lift it.....its 7:59. I look up, and turn my phone to her and she just walked away. What a wonderful way to start you morning.
The staff are nice, and Dr. Nartey is a great doctor. It's a shame they have to work in such an awful facility. The management is so horrendously incompetent it drives me up a wall. As expected for a controlled substance, I have to call every month to request a refill. With this facility, I need to call everyday for 4-5 days before I can get a confirmation that my request was put in. If I call less than 4 times, it's almost guaranteed that the pharmacy never got a note for my prescription. Even when calling 4+ times, and confirming the location I want the note sent to EVERY SINGLE TIME, they will often send it to the wrong pharmacy, assuming they send one at all. This has been happening for years, and continues to happen every single month without fail. I've spoken directly with many of
Our family has been with Cedar Mills for close to 20 years. Within the past year or so everything has drastically changed for the worse. It takes 20-30 min on hold to even get through to make appointments, call backs are days late or don’t happen even for essential medical care or info! Last time we had a scheduled appointment we waited no less than 30 min to be seen. I already spoke to a Patient Advocate. She had the clinic manager call me and to no surprise, when I went to return her call, couldn’t get through. Followed up w phone message to the advocate and didn’t get a call back there either. Reading these reviews, I’m not the only one. I understand staffing issues are tough all over but medical care is important. My child has a medical condition. We need better than this! If Cedar Mil
I have been a patient of Dr. Narty for many years, valuing his exceptional care so much that I’ve continued to visit his new office despite the considerable distance from my home. His professionalism and expertise have always made the journey worthwhile. However, my recent experience with a receptionist named Kim K. has left me contemplating a change for the first time. Upon my latest visit, I was met with a level of rudeness and disrespect that was both shocking and unwelcoming. Kim K.‘s tone and remarks were not only unprofessional but also carried an unsettling undercurrent of prejudice. Despite my youthful appearance, the assumption that I or anyone based on their race might be on government assistance is not only offensive but deeply troubling. This was especially evident when, upon
