Mariah wouldn't get a grade of 100%. I'd give her a 1000%. She is fabulous! So knowledgeable about her field, no pressure from her. Listens to all questions wonderfully. Explains everything so understandable. There is no one else I'd ever want to see with my hearing aid issues. So,.so glad I got her to do my testing and other things needed for my aids.

I asked to have my hearing aids cleaned at least two times.. It was not done. He was more focused on not being able to give me a hearing test. Because of ear wax build up.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with the Cedarburg Hearing Life office. The office was clean, modern, and pleasant. The audiologist, Patricia was very experienced, professional, and knowledgible in her field. In fact, she discovered why my 2 previous pairs of hearing aids that I had purchased elsewhere, were very uncomfortable for me: my ear canal is very narrow, and thus standard hearing aid domes are uncomfortable and fall out of my ear. She suggested a custom molded hearing aid for me. She was absolutely correct. My new hearing aids are very comfortable and allow me to wear them all day long without any discomfort or having them fall out. Very satisfied with my new hearing aids and the service at Hearing Life.

Had a great experience with Hearing Life. Patricia listened to my concerns and helped me find the best solution. She followed up and was responsive. My hearing aids came in timely and have been great.

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS GREAT HE REALLY WORKED EXTREMELY HARD TO DETERMINE MY PROBLEM MADE EXCELLENT ADJUSTMENTS TO MY HEARING AIDS AND ALSO EXPLAINED OPTIONS ON GOING FORWARD WITH THE NEW TECHNOLOGY AVAILABLE FOR HEARING AIDS ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10 I’d give him a 12👍
