I booked a 30 minutes sports massage with Eli online. The place has no sign so look for suite 110 on top of the door. Eli definitely knew what he was doing and I felt great afterwards. 30 min massage was $75. I liked the fact Eli offers 30 min, 45 min and 1 hour sessions. I would recommend Eli especially if you are an active person who uses muscles alot for everyday tasks.

Eli is a fantastic massage therapist with knowledge to help address short term and long term issues. I couldnt recommend him enough, especially to anyone with nagging injuries or athletes who want to iron out pain and mobility issues. He works with his clients to help identify problem areas and find solutions. I've had shoulder issues from a lifting injury a few years ago as well as a lower leg injury from running. I haven't had any of the chronic issues in my shoulder since working with Eli and my legs feel so much better the days and weeks after a session with him.

I never write reviews, but Eli undoubtedly has the skills to charge whatever he wants. Not only can he assist with mobility, but he can also guide you through the massage, explaining what is tight and why based on the muscles involved. He has taken the time to learn his craft, and I am extremely pleased with the results.

Eli is the best massage therapist I have worked with in the Columbia area. Beyond his expertise, Eli is very invested in his clients' health and goals. Highly recommend!
