Ascend Physical Therapy

I underwent Tommy John surgery, which is a complete elbow reconstruction in May of 2024. Pete and I attacked our rehabilitation program, and I am now 1 year post surgery, and have a healthy arm again. Not only is Pete diligent in his work, he is also an outstanding human being. I thoroughly have enjoyed working with Pete and would recommend him to anybody.

To say that Pete is an excellent PT is an understatement!!! His anatomical knowledge coupled with an awesome bedside manner make him one of the best PTs I’ve experienced. He helped my 12 year old son recover from shoulder and elbow injuries and return to playing baseball. He gave specific, detailed home exercise programs each week, and each exercise was intentional and specific to my son. I would highly recommend Pete to anyone seeking help from a PT!

Pete recently helped our high school aged son recover from a baseball related injury with great care, focus, expertise and communication, enabling him to return to the playing field as quickly, safely and strong as possible. Ascend PT and specifically Pete Cincinelli is a wonderful and committed therapist! Had a procedure done on my elbow and of all the therapists in the area Orthopedist recommended Pete by name. I am so glad I took his advice. When Pete sees you he's not splitting time with 3 other patients. He is 100% focused on you and getting you healed. He gives specific instruction on home exercises. He explains WHY he recommends certain exercises and the frequency/amount of those exercises. Bottom line - when I went to Pete, my elbow was not working, and following his instruction, I feel like I've made a full recovery. Beyond his expertise, Pete has a great personality - he engages you, pushes you, and encourages you. Last item - Pete tells you up front how many sessions he thinks it will take
