My doctor recommended having a massage to relieve headaches. I was nervous because a past experience with another massage therapist was not favorable. I am very thankful that my acupuncturist recommended Joshua. He was wonderful! He spent time listening to my concerns and current problems with headaches/neck pain. Joshua is very understanding, kind and knowledgable. He made me feel comfortable and totally relaxed. Truly Joshua has been given the gift of massage therapy. His intuitive nature, coupled with his knowledge of the human body/healthy eating, give him the ability to provide exactly what the client needs to feel better. Consistently the best massage I can find in Wilmington. I live some distance away, but still loyally choose Asana because it stands above the rest in quality of service. Joshua is so kind and accommodating and I always leave feeling as renewed as if I traded in a tired old body for a fresh new one. I highly recommend the Swedish massage or the deep tissue.
