This practice is awful. I made an appointment and gave the insurance information a month ago and went there today to learn the insurance didn’t cover. They said they knew this 3 days ago and I was not even called. They asked me to pay out of pocket. I called the insurance company and learned coverage is active. Looks like they didn’t know what to do and their system is not working properly. They have no courtesy whatsoever about their patients. That wasn’t right. Wasted my time and money for the parking to see the doctor on a Saturday. That’s shameful to treat the clients like this.
