Navigating how to get PrEP in a rural community has not been simple. My experience with ARx Pharmacy today was a breath of fresh air in the process. The agent I spoke with, Hannah B., not only determined what was holding up my order, she was also able to get it processed for shipment today. It was Magick. She explained everything that was happening in a clear way and gave me updates at each step. Going so far as to check in with me while I was on hold to make sure I was open to continuing to wait. It was hands down one of the best experiences I have had in Healthcare. 10/10. I look forward to continuing to get my sexual health medications through ARx Pharmacy.

For some unknown reason my Orthopaedic dr. prescribed me a topical cream which was compounded by ARX. ONCE AGAIN I STILL DONT KNOW WHY IT WAS PRESCRIBED. Anyway it was useless and left an awful film on my skin. We'll after 60 dollars and the pharmacy indicating it wasn't a returnable item it now adores the local landfill!!!

The ARX Accurate pharmacy and they're Manager Samantha are fooling patients by collecting duplicate payments. One through asking to pay online at the link and again when delivery man comes to deliver medicine asking cash money -that too even without giving receipt for collecting cash money in duplicate. Upon getting caught and requesting refund the money Samantha and her staff stretched issued for 2 weeks intentionally and are now denying to process refund to credit card or sending refund check using certified mail. Be cautious with this pharmacy.

ARX in Kew Gardens is one of the BEST pharmacies around, I moved from Queens to Staten Island about 2 years ago & they help me so much I still use them for my daughters compounded medicines, the staff go above & beyond, I can't say enough about Ari who has been dealing with me since day #1 & Fatima always working her magic, my daughter always has her meds on time...I would 100% recommend Thank you to everyone, they are all GREAT!!!

Such an amazing pharmacy. This pharmacy actually makes medicine from scratch!! Beats the hell out of those boring CVS/Walgreens who make you wait days for your medicine. Also, the pharmacist there, Jacob, is so knowledgeable, kind hearted, patient and understanding. I recommend all my family members to use them.
