Arvada Dental Excellence

I am somewhat satisfied with my teeth and the overall Invisalign treatment, although I still have attachments on my teeth that were not removed as they should have been. However, I am very displeased with the level of customer service provided by this office. I was called yesterday and told to come in today to pick up my retainers, but when I arrived almost an hour before the posted business hours the office was closed. Additionally, at my removal appointment last week, the orthodontist I paid to see and who was supposed to sign off on my treatment left before seeing me. This occurred after the office had already made an error and had to squeeze me in 40 minutes after my original appointment. Overall, the repeated scheduling issues and lack of professionalism have made this a very frustra

It was amazing. Gabby was so helpful and so sweet. I felt safe there. She answered quite a few questions and then left ones for the Dr. I’ve been to quite a few consultations but this one by far was perfect. It’s a good place for implants and if I decide to get it done I will send another review. ❤️❤️❤️

What a wonderful dentist office, from calling in, to the dental assistant, to the dentist, they were really nice and friendly. I’m from out of town and I felt like I’ve been going to this dentist office all my life. I had an emergency dental issue, a filling fell out. I was able to get a same day appointment and get it fixed in no time. I could have fallen asleep in the chair since they were so gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Thanks to all of you there. You made this a really enjoyable experience. Yep an enjoyable dentist experience 😀

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won’t be returning. Clear communication and accountability matter, and this office fell short on both. Edit: Updating my review based on the business’s response. To provide more context — during my visit, I asked three separate times for clarification on exactly what I was purchasing, and I still did not receive clear answers. I also voiced my concerns when I went back into the office to pick up my purchase and felt the response I received was essentially, “it is what it is,” which was disappointing. I was also then made aware for the first time what the price would have been given what I thought I was purchasing. Best dentist I’ve ever been to. I am 69 years old this Saturday. Everybody is so nice. I had two crowns one done before the end of the year and one just today. Great people all them you get a crown and you leave in one day you don’t have to come back with a temporary and it didn’t hurt either one not even the shot to numb me. I trust them. I hope you try them out.
