I have made numerous phone calls to this office. No one ever answers. I guess they want callers to leave a message. However, not once has anyone ever returned my call. This office was referred by a friend and colleague of the doctor’s, but the office operation is unacceptable. I’m going elsewhere.

I did not have the best experience here at Dr.Kadambi’s office and would not recommend going to this allergy practice. My first impression upon entering was that the office was dirty and unkempt (and for a person with dust allergies this seemed alarming at an allergist’s office!). The room I was seen in was also dirty and unkempt. The office staff were not friendly. Most importantly, when it was finally time to see Dr. Kadambi and I had had my testing done, he barely spent any time talking to me about my allergies at all, explaining best practices, or taking time for questions I might have had. I am new to the world of allergies, and the only helpful part of this visit was coming away with what my allergies were so I could do my own research and help myself.

I saw him as an allergist in Lexington. I went to him about autoimmune progesterone dermatitis. He diagnosed me… then a month later still no word from him about treatment. I called over and over and the nurse made excuses for him. I called for 4 months straight and no treatment or response from him. I paid to be diagnosed—and then no help. Reprehensible.

Office staff was insulting and unprofessional Office staff refused to work with either of our TWO current insurance companies, insisting it was our responsibility, even though phone numbers for Provider contacts was clearly shown on both insurance cards. The situation was resolved literally in minutes after the office had refused my daughter her allergy shot. We will NOT be back and will NOT be using this office at any point in the future, nor do we recommend this office for you and your family.

Don't return a patients call if you don't have time for a conversation. The unprofessional catty actions of your office staff is unacceptable. I will never step foot in this office again. Stop allowing women w/o teeth represent your medical office. My new allergist is questioning everything done or not done speaks volumes.
