Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came in with an upper respiratory infection, fever, and ear pain, and the doctor dismissed my concerns by saying, “You’re young, you’ll be fine—everyone is going through it,” and handed me vitamin C. The visit felt extremely disorganized, and it was uncomfortable watching the scribe use ChatGPT to type the notes during my appointment. The staff was rude, and I did not feel taken seriously as a patient. I later went to a primary care doctor who immediately told me I had a high fever and promptly prescribed oral antibiotics, ear drops, and cough medicine—care that actually addressed my condition. I would not recommend coming here if you’re looking for thorough or compassionate care.

Dr. Joudeh is an artisan of medicine. He takes compassion to the highest possible level, providing the highest practical physical and psychosocial healthcare. His level of professionalism is unmatched and his delivery of care is of the best quality. 🙏🏽

I was seen by Dr. Ibrahim. He was very thorough. He listened carefully and took the time to explain everything he was going to do. He helped me address all my concerns very professionally with a friendly demeanor. I have great confidence in him and his abilities. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. Office is spotless. Highly recommended!!!

Artisans of medicine is not your typical Dr.s office. Everyone that works there cares so much about each and every patient that walks through that door. I have been a patient of Dr Judah for over nine years, and each time I go I feel more and more like family. I’ve never been to a doctors office that they care about their patients more than this one. Dr Judah has saved my life on more than one occasion. Thank you Dr Judah and thank you to your entire staff for never treating me less than Human. Artisans of medicine is hands-down the best doctors office I have ever been to and in my view the best doctors office in New York City.

Great staff. Very helpful. My primary physician and cardiologist are attentive. I feel seen when I am there, they listen to my concerns while also trying to cover you in a timely manner. It Can be get extremely busy.
