I am a perfectionist. It’s my trade and how I’ve lived my life. Very frustrating to many but just how I am. I’ve just had several teeth at the front of my mouth replaced with implants and crowns. My dentist sent me to ARTISAN DENTAL LABORATORY for the Color match and I was incredibly impressed with their attention to me and to their professionalism and desire to create new teeth that would look incredible. They did a superb job with the Color. After the teeth were made they needed some adjustments on length etc which is usual but I must say , they got me in immediately. Revised the teeth while I waited and took so much care and time to listen to me and give me exactly what I wanted. I have a keen eye for detail and the tiniest imperfection or variance would bother me and they were superb

It took 4 attempts for them to match my implant color correctly. I went in before the initial implant for custom color matching. I understand my tooth was tricky in that I have a lot of unique coloring however ther was no consistency in the shape of the teeth they made. Teeth #2 and #3 matched my shape the closest. After the 3rd tooth was made I, frustrated with the whole process, asked my dentist to just leave it in despite the blue-gray hue it had against my other teeth. At the urging of my husband, coworkers and even my dentist the tooth was remade a 4th time after making another drive to Artisan for custom color matching. Tooth #4 was finally a color match. Unfortunately tooth #4 is shaped least like the rest of my teeth. It surprises me how inconsistent the shape of these teeth have

After a few flipper cases coming back with extra teeth than Rx prescribed, Artisan sent us the dismissal letter. (there are more to the story, and just to be fair, I won't go into the details). What bothers me is this. I have sent two emails and a few phone calls to Justin, the owner, and have him contact me to discuss the situation. But, he has never contacted me at all. It is like when one of my patients wants to talk to me, I am ignoring that patient and simply sending a dismissal letter.
