My office and the Articularis billing department both insist that it is the responsibility of the other to collect insurance information. When I attempt to give it to my office, they refuse to take it and insist I call the billing department. The billing department, however, states that the office has that responsibility. This has culminated in my insurance not being properly recorded despite attempts to contact the billing after the office denying the responsibility. I have now been billed back for charges, as no one was available to update my insurance. I was sent a bill for back charges, however the bill I recieved has been paid by my insurance, meaning the office has now attempted to bill both myself and my insurance. since Dr. Jakes and his office staff are no longer at this place the service is awful. No answers when calling goes to voice mail as if no one is in the office. My husband went in for his three month checkup and was told the doctor is not here. Then say you called and left a message which was not true he missed a whole day of WORK!

Dr Niemer and staff are amazing. For over 20 years I have used this practice for rheumatoid arthritis treatments to keep mobile. If it wasn't for the help and support I probably wouldn't still be active. Love love them. You need help don't go elsewhere.

I went into the Auburn, Alabama location in so much pain until I was about to cry. The office was shy of 30 minutes until closing. The front desk receptionist notified the nurse Michelle and she came right out to get me back. After hearing my complaints and taking my history she consulted with Dr.Ali. I was given two injections and medication called in. Since then I am feeling wonderful. I can walk without limping and I am having little to no pain. I want to thank the entire staff for the tremendous care given to me and I highly recommend this office because of the loving caring staff they have.
