Arthur Avenue Pharmacy

Great local pharmacy. They always have my prescriptions ready and are very proactive with filling my RX’s. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Pharmacist Harry always listens and is very helpful. Maria does a great job with ensuring the front end of the pharmacy runs well. A must visit!

My name is shakena I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years they great with having my medicine on time and the service is amazing respectful Maria so sweet and helpful I have a pharmacy near where I live but I rather keep them they know me and make me feel more then just a patient picking up my medicine

The negative reviews are accurate. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not take the time to listen when you call them to make a request or walk through prescriptions needed. They do not take the time to call your insurance company to verify coverage information. They simply rely on their system that clearly has wrong information and they do not care to call insurance to correct it. It is very clear they do this on purpose to charge their customers as high as possible for their medications. Overall, they lack patience, customer service and basic human decency. There are many other pharmacies in the area, I would not waste my time giving them any business.
