Having our children being apart of ARTHUR AVE. pediatrics have been the best decision my husband and I made, not only the doctors and other staff are wonderful, they LISTEN which is very important to my husband and I because our voice is just as important, the flexibility when needing to see the doctor is amazing as well we was never tuned down. Our last son Quincy has autism, asthma and epilepsy’s from a very young age of 2 not only he have received excellent care from his doctor/staff, his doctor asked me if I will be interesting in helping other parents with children that have autism my answer is yes, his doctor wants the very best for the rest of her patient as well. We’ve had a wonderful experience at Arthur ave Pediatric with our daughter’s care. From the moment we walk in, we’re always greeted with a warm smile, and the staff are consistently kind, patient, and professional. The environment is clean, calming, and very child-friendly—perfect for making little ones feel at ease. We’re grateful to have found such a supportive and reliable clinic. Highly recommend to any parent looking for top-notch pediatric care!

This clinic has downfall within the last times I’ve been there with my children’ for the past months I’ve not been able to get my kids seen , they have been rescheduling appointments , first reason was staff made an error on scheduling appointments , now the rescheduling appointment was cancel due to not having a doctor , the supervisor Jessie was not a we’ll candidate and kind enough to understand my frustration about having this appointments rescheduled she was upset after a while , an event offer to have my teenage daughter be seen by a male doctor for a physical I think that’s way too much of disrespect she was loud and rude after I said I won’t have my child seen by a male doctor! And until now we have not get an accommodation for a new doctor appointment, they cancel my other two Chi

I would like to share my experience at Arthur Avenue Pediatrics. The girls there were super sweet and very helpful and were so good to my kids. I will continue going there and will recommend other people who are looking for pediatric services.

Great clinic to take your children. Very respectful and responsible people who work there. I have been with this doctor for the pass ten years and I can’t believe how greatful I am to have made the choice to bring my daughter to the same doctor year in and year out. Thank you for always putting my daughter first and helping me understand how to manage her asthma better. Love you all and please keep up the good work with all the children who attend this doctors office.
