My husband and I both have been patients of Dr. Malzone for 11 years. She is so kind and caring and really pays attention to the details of our issues. Her office staff is very friendly and helpful, as well as her nurses. We didn’t want to risk losing her as our doctor, so we started paying for concierge care, which has been well worth it.

Dr. Malzone is my primary care physician and I am so grateful she is on the Central Coast! She is the best physician I have ever had and I trust her guidance regarding my health. She truly cares for the well-being of her patients and has a great staff to support her. I have seen three other physicians at AMG over the past many years when Dr. Malzone is away from the office and have had great experiences with all of them. The office staff is wonderful as well! I highly recommend this medical group!

After some negative experiences with other doctors in the area, I am very pleased to have found Dr. Fitchmun at Arroyo Medical Group. The concierge service is an extra cost, but I appreciate the additional benefit I receive. I am able to reach Amy quickly through the concierge line, and she is always helpful and pleasant. I am generally able to get into the office quickly, and when I do, Dr. Fitchmun spends plenty of time with me. He listens and offers sensible, intelligent advice.

I Love the staff at the Arroyo Medical group. They are quick to respond to any problems I might have. Dr. Malzone is a doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is a very thorough and follows through with everything she does.

I love the concierge program and particularly have a great deal of respect for my doctor, Dr. Fitchmun. He is attentive, caring and knowledgeable and reminds me of the doctors I grew up with back when medical care was as much an art as it was a science. I never feel rushed.
