Arrowhead Physical Therapy

I had a great first session with Steve to help deal with balance issues related to neuropathy. He asked tons of questions and did a thorough assessment of strength in my arms & legs. He finished with a good explanation of different exercises which I can use. Very impressed!

This place changed my life, from the hopeless and nearly crawling to confidently walking and soon running. I can’t thank enough in words on how much work and patience was put into me and still continues. The owners (Linda and Steve) are there every day and showing their care to most of the patients and more than that they must be treating those employees very well, to keep them for years. *****Updated on June 11, 2025. I got another bill for the so-called remaining balance for $13. 38. So I called the office to solve this issue and over-charged bill of each $19.03 for the two visits (total over charged money is $38.26). Later on the same day Linda, the owner called me so I explained again of the charged services which I did not get. I requested the refund. Linda said she appreciated my openness and understood my sayin. However, she couldn't refund the money due to the contract with the insurance.Ass a courtesy, she would waive the balance of $13.38. OK, I appreciate her gesture and accept her apology, but she needs to give my money back. She said the provider wrote down the codes, so she charged me accordingly. She implied nothing was wrong with the charge. Like I told her
