I was treated so rudely because My partial had snapped in two. When the dentist gave it to me, he looked at it and said you’re Going to have to try to eat on your right side, so of course it didn’t last the whole time that it was supposed to be Insured. I I should never have accepted it as the middle was so thin he should never have given it to meHowever, I called my insurance. They gave me a case number and they said it would be replaced as long as I had a picture of it broken which I did. When I went in the office and told the office manager what happened she would not even let me tell her that my insurance said it was covered and I had a case number. She was so rude. She told me to get out. I would never recommend this place to anyone they are very unprofessional. I had read before tha

I called to inquire some insurance information. It took almost a week to get back to me with the incorrect information and then made up some excuse instead of taking accountability, I'd rather work with honest people who have values and work ethic.

I’ve been coming to this dentistry for twelve years now, and I’ve always been treated great. The dentist is very patient, explains what he’s doing and what his plan is for your overall hygiene and well being. Even though I could go somewhere closer to home, I’ve always chosen to drive here regardless because the staff including the receptionist has always treated me joyfully. I work really long hours and there’s times I’ve forgotten to set my alarm :( … the receptionist assures me everything is taken care of and when I show up she is the sweetest person ever !!! Honestly I feel people care more for the aesthetic of the place they chose to go to however I’ve always chose to go where I get treated with care and this is it for me :)

Arrowhead Family Dentistry makes you feel like family. I've been coming here for orthodontic treatment for my daughter and regular dental checkups. All staff is friendly and courteous. They make understanding treatment very easy and answer all your questions. They also offered me a great payment plan for my daughter's braces. My daughter's smile is now beautiful.
