Dr. Victor Rosales was exceptionally professional, and this was genuinely the smoothest dental visit I’ve ever had. He removed two of my wisdom teeth in under 30 minutes, and my recovery was remarkably quick and efficient. Beyond his technical skill, Dr. Rosales has an incredibly calming and reassuring presence, which made the entire experience stress-free. As someone who experiences high stress and anxiety when visiting the dentists I’m thoroughly impressed and would happily recommend his services to anyone seeking outstanding dental care.

I got my teeth done by Dr Victor Rosales, and he did an amazing job. He fixed numerous cavities and applied dental fillings, especially in areas affected by my braces. He was very professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the whole process, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’m extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Dr Rosales to anyone looking for quality dental care.

The person taking calls was very unprofessional and rude throughout the entire call. After asking me my name and insurance, she said I “called her at the wrong time” because there were patients in front of her. After finalizing an appt date, I told her I would make the appointment and call back if I needed to reschedule or cancel. She kept telling me I need to give them a 24 hours notice if I want to cancel so they can give the appointment to someone else to which I replied I would. She then said “so you’re not going to cancel right?” She brought up giving the appt to someone else and proceeded to say how my insurance doesn’t pay them much and they just accept it as a way to give back to the community.

I highly recommend arrow smile dental!!!! The staff are so nice and kind, dc Rosales is the best dentist I've ever had!!

the staff and dr victor were so welcoming and the cleaning procedure was quick and straight to the point. they even offered me sunglasses to shield my eyes from the bright dental lamp which was very kind of them!
