This place has no such thing as "emergency appointments". They expect you to cancel your plans/work shift for the entire day to sit in the office waiting room IN THE HOPE of being seen for an emergency. But there's no guarantee that you'll actually be seen that day. If you have a genuine emergency, I would highly suggest going somewhere else. Also their "new" dental hygienist has serious bedside manner issues. My teeth have always been bad but I've been trying really hard the last 5 years or so to turn it around and save whatever teeth I can. The dentist himself has been pretty good about making sure that I don't get discouraged (even talking me out of dentures) and the older gentleman dental hygienist they used to have was really nice and gentle. Telling cancer patients with damaged teeth to “lay off meth” is unacceptable! I will always and forever spread how awful this place is. Cancer treatment can damage teeth and as a dentist you should know that. Shame on this place! Besides that the entire staff was rude. Time to sell to another company

Never answers there phone and countless times when they ask you to call after 6 teeth pulled. It’s ridiculous because I’ve watched the phone ring and they just sit there.

I had been a walk-in due to my initial appointment being to far away, as I was in too much pain to wait. They got me in rather quickly and took some pictures of my bad tooth. When the dentist lady came in, she was briefed about what was wrong and told my pain threshold, which was 8 out of 10, then looked in my mouth with one of those mirror instruments and then purposely hit my bad tooth as if verifying my pain?! After she left I looked at the assistant and said , did she really just do that? The assistant said, ya we'll have to talk to her about that. The assistant was empathetic and understanding. For a company that states, "we’re here to give you easy access to the dental services you need, when you need it." Only working 4 days a week and scheduling patients out 3 months certainly isn
