Like most people I don't generally write reviews but given the level of service I received here I felt it necessary. The staff was extremely nice. Not one person in the building had that "I don't want to be here attitude" and this was 8:30 in the morning no less. That in itself says a lot about the quality of the practice. My exam with Dr. Crosier was on another level. It was by far the most thorough eye exam I've ever received and I've been to several doctors across the metroplex. After my exam was over there was no pressure to purchase glasses from them but I chose too anyway. The lady that helped me pick out glasses was also out of this world. She walked me through the entire selection and helped pick out several options that worked well with my face. By the time we were done I

Everyone at the office is wonderful and kind. My last visit Dr. Crosier suggested computer glasses because I spend all day at work on the computer. They are the best. My work output has increased because I can actually see. I shrunk my icons from the size they were. These computer glasses are amazing!

Dr Croiser has very unfair and discriminatory business practices. Recently had an eye exam from Dr. Crozier. Had problems with my eyeglasses. the shop I bought my eyeglasses from sent me back to Dr Croiser for a eyeglass check. He did the check and found out it was the eyeglass shop error. He charged me $49 to recheck my eyeglasses, the office manager told me that if I had bought my eyeglasses from them, there would have not been a charge. This is very unfair and discriminatory that they would charge when I bought my eyeglasses from another shop and not there’s.
