Arlington Pointe Care Center

This place is amazing. The staff is upbeat and attentive to the needs of those staying here for rehab. The facility is bright, clean and well maintained. The care my family m ember is receiving is top notch and on point. Lots happening here for socialization, activities. Food offerings are good and well prepared. Therapy options are amazing and their facilities are abundant to fulfill the needs of getting one back to their independence. I cannot rave enough about this facility or the staff here. Best choice we made following surgery with rehab needed.

I just checked in today. It’s 2:20 am and I’m still sitting here waiting for the nursing staff at this nursing home to bring me my meds, and set up my c pap. I keep asking and they keep telling me it’s on the way. What kind of place keeps a cancer patient with a broken arm from getting their meds? I’m wanting to go home tomorrow.

I like giving my flowers to those who can still accept them. I was in rehab from since 4/23. At this time of this review, I'm still here. I had the best care team who I will mention shortly. Professionalism at its best. My care team are as follows: Jackie RN, Amy RN,DustinRN. Jonae PCT, Iris,PCT, Elijah,PCT. Katelyn, PT and Katie. OT. They were all fantastic. Hopefully I will return back here when I have my Knee replacement. At least they will all know me because I'm a hoot😂😂😂. Love to meet new friends and never meet a stranger. Kudos to Arlington Pointe and all of the beautiful people that took great care of me.❤️❤️❤️❤️

My Grandmother came here for rehab 2 times. Both times she had amazing therapy, the kindest staff, delicious meals and wonderful activities. On the 4th of July they even had her and other residents participate in the Middletown parade. She loved it! I would recommend this facility to anyone I know. They really look out for the full person not just focusing on their illness but their happiness as well.

This place is just horrible! Staff don’t read the full assignment before they seen him.We took my brother in on a Thursday and Saturday we took him out ! He has ALS, he isn’t moble from the neck on down, wouldn’t give his medicine to him on time they only give meds at 9am and 9pm, he gets meds 4times a day, his medication wasn’t there for him when he got there either . The nurse removed his breathing mask for a few minutes, and he needs it to breathe and keep him a live. Nurse had NO IDEA what she was doing, and denied that she didn’t remove his mask. They didn’t have the proper food to feed him with, he can only eat soft foods, only gave him applesauce and mashed potatoes no protein. They told him they didn’t have time to feed him when they served his breakfast to him on Friday. No one kn
