Arlington Eye Physicians, PA

I wish I would have read reviews before going to this clinic. The receptionists are ABSOLUTELY rude. The one on the end (right side if facing the window) was especially rude when I asked why I was being charged so much. The explanation she gave me referencing my copay and my deductible was given to about two other people after me, as if it was a script. The doctor was nice and answered my questions but not very helpful and wanted me to go back for tests due to slight pressure on one eye. I don’t trust this clinic, so I will not be going back. $200 later, I was told I have dry eyes. I already knew that. Waste of time and money!

I hope someone reads this before seeing this doctor. I also wish I could get back all the money I spent as Dr. Hiren Parekh has done nothing but waste my time and give me the run around about doing a surgery that I desperately need. Let me add that his staff is smug, moody, and unhelpful. He barely speaks above a whisper and he keeps stalling on doing the procedure. I have seen him 4 times with ZERO results. If I were you, I wouldn't take my blind dog to see this guy. I can't speak to the quality of his surgical work because he has done nothing but cost me time and money.

From beginning to end I had a first class, professional experience with Dr. Parekh, his practice, and his staff. Front office staff were immediately welcoming, genuinely friendly, and had things streamlined so every person were taken care of with no confusion and with great alacrity. The nursing staff were empathetic, took time to listen to my concerns and answered every question with knowledge and patience. Dr. Parekh saw me at the scheduled time and both took the time to verify why I was there and what my concerns were but to also ask questions about my care and history that hadn't occurred to me. He gave me understandable results without talking down to me like so many other physicians do. All in all this was an excellent visit and I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone seeking

NOT a good eye clinic to go to!!! They only take your money ! Took my mother the first time. paid $200 for the unprofessional doctor to say she needed to come back again to have another test done. 2nd time paid $275 cash for the doctor to say she needs to see her back in 4 months.Very unprofessional and rude doctor, seems like he don’t want to help you and if you ask questions he seems to look very frustrated and rude. Waste of time and waste on money. The staff there also don’t make you feel welcome they all have the same ugly faces like the doctor. God Bless the Doctor and staff, if they can’t do their job they should stay home or find another profession. Definitely not going back.

Dr. Parekh is a charming and compassionate physician. He answered all my questions, gave me a step-by-step care plan that was easy to understand, and performed two successful procedures on my right eye, vastly improving my quality of life. I highly recommend him.
