The forest bathing/meditation guided by Jennifer was such a connecting and grounding experience. Jennifer was kind, welcoming, and a gentle guide to being with the forest. Being able to sit and be on this sacred beautiful Arkansas land being cared for in such a peaceful and honoring was was such a blessing. I would highly recommend adding this to your Mt Ida experiences.
Jennifer made this experience so amazing and beautiful. As someone who has never done anything like this, Jennifer made the experience very welcoming and relaxing! The land is beautiful and I enjoyed hearing all the birds and the river near by!
Jennifer is such a soft spoken & calming guide, she explained the process very well beforehand and clearly enjoys doing this for others! Everyone should definitely try this once, it was such a relaxing experience!
