I go to the Queen Creek office for pain mgmt. Staff and Dr are great. Everyone is professional, polite and friendly. I go to the Vineyard office for shots. Dr. K is super. There are 2 types at the front check in. One professional and polite. One young woman acted like I was interrupting her and she had a sour expression for everyone. All the nursing staff are professional, gentle and caring. I'm a baby when it comes to needles.

I called and expressed I was in excruciating unbearable pain. Their response was the best we can do is get you a appointment in three weeks. I told them no way I could handle this pain for three weeks. They said sorry that's the best we can do. They can't handle their patience yet only work four days a week. Non compassionate and couldn't care less.

I've been going to Az Pain & Spine institute for over 13 years. Queen Creek Office, Broadway office also the main office on Country club. Liza Lim has been my dr for all these years she listens to what's going on with my body & schedule's procedures with Dr. Ryklin These two together are a team to be requened with. They have kept me upright and not in a chair. And for the most part kept me comfortable. THANK YOU and you're staff. Youre all AMAZING & LIFE SAVERS.

The customer service you receive from the front desk staff at the Vineyard location is a joke. When you call to find out why you haven't heard from any one regarding setting up an appt, they tell you they call and then tell you they don't leave a message. They put in their system that they send in referrals to your insurance company and when you contact the ins co to verify, the ins co has no record of it. Once you get in to see your doctor, they are great. Getting past the support staff is the tricky part.

Ignore any previous review. After trying other practices I am returning this place to a 5 medically. There are some office issues but they are eons better than CORE institute.
