AristaCare at East Falls

As someone who spent time as a resident at Aristacare, I can honestly say the experience exceeded anything I expected from a nursing home. From the very first day, the staff made me feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. They were steady, attentive, and always took the time to explain what they were doing, never rushing through care even when the unit was busy. The housekeeping staff and manger here is by far the best , and housekeeping has been a problem at other nursing homes for us after my mother contracted an infection at the last one .The manger is very polite young lady who is a big help to my mother especially today even though she is not a nurse here she is always willing to help us out and keeps our room clean . The whole place is always clean here and haven't had an issue yet My mother has been here for 3 months now .The transition over from meadow spring was seamless thanks to the admissions manger great staff here although they need more staff here . Visited mom and she looked clean and comfortable. Someone came in a did a light mop of the floor during my visit so I appreciate the cleanliness. Staff was nice.

I've had my call bell on for a hour and nobody responded I'm waiting for respiratory to come help. I was in trouble and nobody came they got all my medicine wrong I asked for anxiety medicine and my nurse never came back

Walking in the door, I noticed how clean the place looked and smell. The security guard was very helpful. This was my first time here. I would definitely recommend this place for my family if need be.
