I was in New Frankford (that's still what we call it ).. twice in Sept & Oct '24... The nurses were absolutely wonderful to me & the food was delicious unlike Old Frankford...lol... These nurses have the hardest job...they do everything for the US.. God bless u & thank u for being so kind..❤️✌🏻
Warning!!!! Don’t go to the Emergency Room for help my family went for my mom she is 69 yrs old presented lethargic in pain has dementia and had infection in the blood came in by Ambulance and told to wait in waiting room for 14rs still not seen of course my mom with dementia started cursing screaming crying and couldn’t sit longer this happened each time we took her 3 days in a row. She is very sick now and her doctors are there. Needless to say this will lol be 4th day no treatment and we have to take her somewhere else If Emergency please don’t go here take your love one some where else
This hospital ER wait time is too long. They may be under staffed Doctors. I asked a nurse and was told that they are getting trauma patients while we are waiting just sitting in the ER and all they are doing is checking vitals. Very different from Jefferson Center City while a wait is expected you see some progress folks are called back names.are.being called. They are not calling names here. There has to be a better system. More Doctors, more nurses good hospitality and treatment of patients.
If you can, don't come to this hospital for an emergency, they leave you for more than 15 hours and in order to get paid, they draw your blood without even having seen the doctor because the purpose of that is to get paid since the majority of patients leave with pain. After 10 hours of waiting, I became desperate with the great pain I have and I left without seeing a doctor. They don't care about the patients, as if nothing had happened, they removed the needle from my arm that they put in to draw the blood and Now I am at home dying of pain and without being able to go to another hospital I cannot walk
Every single time I come to this hospital I'm in and out they're kind they are helpful their patient
