I commended her as it was the first time I’ve had such a thorough exam in one visit . Dr. Troy Passmore has been nothing but exceptionally great with both of my grandparents. They really take the time to listen and truly care about their patients. He was really determined to get my grandpa's meds figured out and was very determined to get it adjusted for the sake of his health compared to what used to be Evernorth. The MA's are great and very patient and always willing to help. I'm so glad my grandparents made this move!

I made a call to Archwell on Sunday and was asked a few questions then told a doctor would call me in a few minutes which they did and decided I needed to be seen and would get a call on Monday morning from the Nurse at my Archwell location so they could make an appointment for me. My appointment was made for me to come in at 2 PM. The wait was a little longer than usual but nothing excessive and considering I needed to be seen that day it all seemed very reasonable. My doctor came in and evaluated the situation and I left with Prescriptions to treat the sinus condition I had. I was happy with the process and the right things were done at the right time to ensure that I was seen and treated.

At Archwell they are friendly and professional. The doctors there take time with you, you aren’t rushed through an appointment. They make sure you understand the situation and they ask if there are any other concerns you have about anything before you leave. I appreciate the care they with their patients.
