The first thing I experienced were warm friendly faves that let me know they would be right with me. Excellent environment. She even explained the paperwork as I signed each one. Best ever and I got a goodie bag. But most of all the NP I WAS SEEING MADE SURE SHE ADDRESSED ALL OF MY CONCERNS.

The staff here were readily available, attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. No rush. I appreciate that my care 24/7 will be provided in person or by phone by a physician. A+

Once again, another Dr's office who doesn't LISTEN to their patient regarding their own health needs. And when did it become acceptable to release 60 yr old BLIND patients into oncoming traffic?!! This office thought it was OK to just leave a new patient who is visually impaired, outside by themselves near a heavily traveled main intersection in Okc, after waiting over 20 minutes for their scheduled return ride home that never arrived?! What's wrong with you people?! Unbelievable.

Dr.Mayfield is the most kindest Doctor I have ever had! He listen to me he doesn’t rush me! Very professional! The staff is very friendly and kind!

This practice listens and works as a health partner. I feel heard. I am never dismissed as just old. I am treated with respect and kindness.
