I wouldn’t even give them one star today I found out that my mother is deceased and no one from the staff sent me a letter regarding but they sent plenty of junk mail and something so important they didn’t inform me about and I’m her next of kin and the Admin Priscilla didn’t call nor send a letter your love one is deceased I hate these no hearted outsiders

Amazing care and attention from staff

The place is okay but the staff seems a little annoyed but as a CNA myself you shouldn’t huff and puff and shake your head no as your walking away like you are bothered I asked you for help. This was my first visit.
