They are too expensive and they don't value the customer. They see you come in but they continue chatting at the back without acknowledging you.
Switched from cvs on west main to this place and let me tell you.. the staff is so friendly, they pick up the phone quickly and dont rush you. The delivery is so convenient. Thank you Arch street pharmacy!
Unprofessional and rude. Wanted to give me genetic pills to save money. I feel unsafe with this pharmacy and hope CDC follows up with all their violations . Be careful and switch to CVS..
Great pharmacy freindly satff, super helpfull and great communication between doctors and patients. I have been taking care of my mother for approximately 5 years. After 4 pharmacies we're STAYING with Arch Street Pharmacy!!!
Very rude and unprofessional. They gave me generic pills instead of the pills subscribe to me by my doctor... I feel unsafe going to this pharmacy. Please be careful..
