Arches Ferry Dental

I had to get a root canal. I tend to get nervous at the dentist with intense tooth procedures but, Dr. Bell handled my nerves with care and took his time. I promise that the whole root canal experience was painless because of this office. Dr. Bell creates an environment that will keep you entertained while professional and informational. His team Tammy and Geo, have given great customer service and attentiveness. Big shout-out to them and others that creates a welcoming space. We had an incredible experience with Dr. Bell and his team. They were incredibly patient with my autistic son during his wisdom teeth removal. Their gentle, compassionate approach made a potentially stressful appointment completely smooth. I cannot recommend Arches Ferry Dental enough for special needs families. What an awesome experience! Thankfully found Arches Ferry dental & Dr. Miles who accepted our insurance for major dental work for my son who has anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Miles was fantastic! He really made my son feel comfortable, spoke at his level and explained evry question my son had. Plus the office is brand new and gorgeous. Such a pleasure to go to and wait while my son had treatment. They even had seperate waiting rooms for parents to have privacy to work. They thought of everything! Such an incredible experience from start to finish. Cant recommend enough!!

Very happy to have Dr. Bell and his staff as my dentist care team. When I initially booked at Arches Ferry Dental, I was actually excited to go to the dentist for once. I have been by twice and that hasn't changed. Bell's enthusiasm, memory and care are unmatched for sure. Dr. Bell came up with a treatment plan for me for the next few years and I am grateful to have found this awesome boutique practice in the area. The office is comfortable, modern, and has a nautical theme to make everyone feel comfortable while there. Cannot recommend this place enough!

My daughter has serious anxiety issues and abolutely suffers from fear of needles. She needed some dental work requiring numbing medications. We saw 3 different dental offices and none could get past her fears. We were referred to Arches Ferry Dental for sedation dentistry and had the same outcome. However, Dr. Miles Bell was genuinely approachable and empathetic and told her she did great and we'd schedule another date to try again. It took 4 tries but, today, she was able to get thru the procedures100% successfully. It was more about the care and patience she received in all her visits and knowing she could trust him in what he said he was doing and going to do to her teeth.
