I can’t say enough about the excellent care my husband received! Starting in the ER to IMCU to inpatient rehabilitation. He was there for nearly 2 weeks and did not have one negative experience. These are a group of dedicated, kind, knowledgeable and professional nurses, techs, OT and PT personnel. We were kept informed every step of the way. Special shout out to the IMCU and the inpatient rehabilitation units. Thank you all so very much! You are awesome.

If there was a -1 rating that's what I would give. This is the most incompetent hospital I've ever seen!!! We were sent to be admitted for possible heart failure, mind you just got done with chemo a week before so of course immune system was down sat in the ER lobby for 6 HOURS !!!!!!!!!!! Also a diabetic explain to 5 different people that sugar was dropping and need something to bring back, had to Doordash food to lobby just so sugar wouldn't bottom out. This use to be the go to hospital for our area I don't know what changed but, this hospital needs a serious change in leadership or something.

I went to the ER at this hospital yesterday at 8:45 in the morning. They called me back to triage, sat me back in the waiting room, called me to another room and took blood and urine and put an iv in my arm and sat me back in the waiting room with an iv in my arm. Two hours went by, nothing. Four hours went by and nothing. Six hours went by and still nothing. No lab results and not even seen a doctor. They told me when he took blood not to be eating or drinking anything so by this time I'm starving and getting dizzy. After 7 hours I walked up and told that lady at the desk to get someone out there to remove this iv in my arm so I can leave. I left and went to Moultrie where I was seen and gone within 1 hour and a half with a diagnosis and mens. You gotta do better Archbold. This was ridicu

All this is to all the doctors at Archbold and to the one who are associated with Archbold. For years I have been having severe health problems, and they would not listen to me or help me get on disability. When I say years, it is like over 10 years going on and finally I made the decision to go to another doctor out of town 2 hours away. After a year with that doctor, I was able to get the help I want with my health problems and get disability. This says a lot about all the doctors here in Thomasville. Because if one doctor put something negative in your medical records all the doctors will back each other up. This is a known fact and everybody here in town needs to know this. These doctors here in town are bullies and treat their patients badly and more people need to start going out of
