Kristin did my ear molds for my first set of in-ear monitors. She got me in really quickly and did a great job on my molds. Musicians I cant stress enough how important it is to have accurate molds of your ear, as these monitors can cost thousands! I just received my monitors today and they fit absolutely perfect! I dont even have to get used to them. I would give her a 10 star review if it was available!!

Dr. Kramer is excellent. She takes time and care with her appointments. You never feel rushed and she takes the time to explain processes and general information about hearing loss.

Dr. Kramer was great to work with. When I first reached out about scheduling a hearing test due to my tinnitus recently worsening a bit, my schedule wasn't very flexible. Despite her own busy schedule, Dr. Kramer worked to find a time and date that worked well for me and that wasn't very far out. The hearing test itself went smoothly.
