Arcadia Care On the Hill

I'm so grateful to Cheryl, Admissions Coordinator, for helping me get admitted to Arcadia On the Hill after my recent hospital stay. Finding the right place was overwhelming during a really difficult time. I didn't know how to navigate all the care options, but Cheryl answered every question and showed me a clear path forward. When I shared a few personal concerns, she simply said she would take care of things for me —and she did. The staff at On the Hill is kind and attentive. The activities are fun, and the food is excellent. Cheryl, your work truly makes a difference. Thank you for the role you played in my journey.

Only giving 2 stars because the social workers here are great to work with and do their due diligence. Thanks Talia for all your help. The nurses I can’t say the same kind words for. The nurses are very mean and very neglectful. Wouldn’t let me father walk at all so he was getting no exercise. Nurses stations do not have basic things like bandaids. That seems like a safety concern. Heard nurses talking mean to my father when they thought I couldn’t hear. Terrible facility but once again thanks to the social workers helping me get my father out of there. Follow up: my father contracted MRSA at this nursing home and died a month after making my review. Don't trust putting your loved one here. Poor service and lack of caring. My 92 year old friend was ignored so many times and the facility wouldn't take his phone calls and had to resort to banging his bed pan on the bed to get someones attention. Pray for the patients in this facility. 🙏. When you walk in you will be greeted by pungent smell of urine. This place is a absolute joke. Save your family from this company. Call for an investigation.

Arcadia on the hill, has stepped up to the plate. This is not the same place, I visited my grandmother, years ago. The brand new 4th floor is very nice. Fresh. Clean. Updated everything. Everyone I spoke to, from the receptionist to the admissions coordinator to my tour guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. My mother was sent here for therapy only to be bed bound, unable to speak, and unable to eat. She was sent to the hospital by my request and the hospital staff found a huge bite mark on her back! She had also not eaten for four days at Arcadia! This place needs shut down immediately! The staff is rude and treats the elderly terribly! Don’t send your loved one here!!
